Booking Information

Tapping a Booking shows all information about it, grouped into customer details, Capacities, price, notes, and messages.

Editing Data Within a Booking

If a Booking needs to be corrected, you can do so by tapping the pencil icon.

Interacting with the Contact Details

A long tap on the email address or phone number lets you send a message to the customer. For the phone number, the stored number is copied into your phone app so you can call it directly.

Message Overview

The messages section shows all messages that have been sent to the customer (green check mark) or are scheduled to be sent (alarm-clock icon). To send another message to the customer, open the corresponding dialog using the pencil icon.

Cancelling a Booking

If a Booking needs to be cancelled, you can do so by tapping "Cancel booking" at the very bottom.
