Managing Inquiries

The "Inquiries" tab shows all reservation inquiries submitted through the online reservation system.

By default, pending inquiries are shown. The "Processed" tab lets you view all inquiries that have already been handled.

Pending Inquiries

This tab shows all pending inquiries. The following information is provided for each one:

  • An indicator of whether the Capacities requested in the inquiry are available for the period
  • Period (from – to)
  • Number of rental items
  • Date and time the inquiry was received
  • Number of rental days

Processing an Inquiry

To accept or decline an inquiry, proceed as follows:

  • Select a pending inquiry by tapping on it.
  • All information is shown, just as it is for a Booking.
  • Use the "Accept" button to accept the inquiry — it is then converted into a Booking. A corresponding message can be sent to the customer.
  • Use the "Decline" button to decline the inquiry. Here, too, a message can be sent to the customer.

Processed Inquiries

This tab shows all inquiries that have already been processed. They are displayed in the same way as pending inquiries. Tapping an inquiry shows all of its details.
